did i get fired/ can i collect unemployment?

Does my employer have the right to...? i've been out of work since 1/27 due to a back injury, my doctor released for work me yesterday with the restrictions of not lifting more than 10lbs and not bending (im a janitor) plus physical therapy for 3 weeks, after physical therapy he would consider lifting these conditions. i phoned work letting them know that i was released with restrictions and they asked for the paper work to be faxed and said they would call me back. well today my HR manager called me and said they had no work that fit my limitations and since my restrictions would be for at least three weeks they would have to replace me, she added that at the end of the three weeks if i got a full release to work i could call back and if they had anything open, they'd let me know. in the state of florida btw... oh also i aked her if i could get a second medcal opinion and she said i had only until thursday morning to get back to her with a full release to work before the motions are set for me to be replaced. im going to try to be seen by my doctor tomorrow and beg him to release me! but anyhow did i get fired? or am i going to get fired and can i collect unemployment for this?
